PARTY BOOKING AGREEMENTS

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING!

Before booking your celebration, please take a few moments to review the following information. We have created these agreements to help us communicate what you can expect from IYP that day and what we kindly request from the hosts of the party to ensure a great event:

Your Birthday Package includes:
- One project per guest
- A dedicated IYP Creative Specialist to guide and assist
- All necessary supplies. Includes clear glazing and kiln firing (for pottery projects)
Parties require a minimum of 8 painters and we can accomodate up to 30 painters.
IYP Creative Specialist. Our trained staff has a goal to ensure your child feels special on their big day! They will have the party space set up/cleaned up. They will lead the facilitation of the project you have chosen. They can help with present opening and/or serving cake/drinks, if you choose. They will close out the party with you before you leave. Your creative specialist will work hard to engage all of the party participants and would appreciate your help and support if there are any "tricky situations" (unkind/inappropriate language or actions) that arise.
To ensure everyone has space, we kindly ask that no more than 3 additional adults stay with the party, unless otherwise approved by IYP management.
Your reserved time in he studio for the party is a total of 1.5 hours—1 hour for painting and 30 minutes for treats and gift opening. There is no additional studio/table space allotted for gifts/food set up. Your creative specialist will help navigate the space provided.
Please note that parties will start and end promptly. If you would like additional time, there is an additional charge of $30.00/ per each additional 30 minutes and must be arranged ahead of time.
Food: Feel free to bring your own cake/cupcakes/ cookies, and/or ice cream. If you'd like pizza, we’ve partnered with Valentino’s, so you can conveniently order through us. Addtional outside food must be approved by management.
Drinks: Feel free to bring child friendly drinks for your celebration. We also have soft drinks /water available for a minimal charge.
Project Pick-Up: Pottery projects will be ready for pick-up within 7-10 days, and clay projects will be ready in 14 days. As the host, you are responsible for picking up all the packages and distributing them to your guests. If you need different arrangements, please let us know.
We are not responsible for any items left for over 30 days after your party.
Communication is important to us, if you have questions or special request, please ask! We will try to honor what you are envisioning for this day to make it a great experience!

Host Your Own Party at It's Yours Pottery!

Whether you're planning a girls' night out, bachelorette party, bridal or baby shower, birthday celebration, team-building event, or just want a fun escape with friends, It's Yours Pottery is the perfect place! We offer creative group events both in our studio and at your location.

How It Works:

Advanced reservations are required for all group events.
If you want to visit during open studio hours with a group of 5 or more, please call ahead to reserve your spot!

Event Options:

We offer two types of adult events:

Step-by-Step Instruction Events
Everyone creates the same project with guided instruction. The price includes the class fee, project materials, tools, and instruction. Events last about 2 hours.
PYO (Paint Your Own) Events
Each participant selects and creates their own project with guidance as needed. Projects are individually priced and include tools and instruction. These events also run for about 2 hours.

Event Locations:

In-Studio Events:
- Step-by-Step: Requires a minimum of 6 participants during studio hours.
- PYO: No minimum number of participants required.
Off-Site Events:
- A minimum of 10 participants is required.
- A $25 off-site fee applies, and additional delivery fees may apply if finished pieces need to be returned after the event.

Private Parties (After Hours):

Host a private event after studio hours with a minimum of 15 people creating and a $200 minimum purchase.
